Fees
You will know our fee before you sign.
Property managers in Kenya usually charge a share of the rent. What matters is that every charge is written down and nothing is hidden.
Our management fee is a fixed share of rent collected. We will show you the exact figure before you decide.
Finding a tenant, renewals and repairs are listed on your fee sheet, so nothing appears later.

How much do you charge?
A share of the rent we collect, plus listed extras. We give you the exact figures in writing before you sign anything.
How do I get my rent money?
Tenants pay through M-Pesa or bank, never cash. We then send your share to you and show it on your statement.
Can I keep some control?
Yes. Big repairs above a limit you choose need your yes first.
What if a tenant does not pay?
We follow up early, talk to the tenant, and tell you straight away. We follow the law on any next step.
Which areas do you cover?
We work in and around Nanyuki and Timau. Tell us where your property is and we will confirm.
What do you do with my details?
We use them only to reply to your request and to manage your property. We do not sell them. You can ask us to delete them any time.
